Dr. Thelen completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned her Master’s in Bioethics and her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences. Dr. Thelen performed her residency with Lincoln Medical Education Partnership for Family Medicine.

Dr. Thelen enjoys a variety within her practice and has dedicated her education to work with patients of all stages of life. She specializes in Family Medicine, women’s health, obstetrics (OB), pediatrics, and geriatrics. In addition, Dr. Thelen also practices osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMT) which can aid with back pain, tension headaches, and other musculoskeletal issues.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog while spending time outdoors, running, golfing, boating, playing the saxophone, and cheering on the Huskers, Royals, and Chiefs.
